New York State has issued revised guidance on what constitutes essential businesses, and thus not subject to the in-person workforce restrictions. New businesses and clarifications to types of businesses are now set forth in the guidance.

Governor Cuomo issues Executive Order 202.14 to issue several new directives and modify certain laws, all designed to stem the COVID-19 virus throughout New York State.

New York State Legislature passes Governor Cuomo $177 Billion Budget. The 2020-21 spending plan comes with one big caveat — a potential $10 Billion hole that may have to be addressed over the calendar year.

Governor Cuomo utilizes Executive Order 202.13 to issue several new directives designed to stem the COVID-19 virus throughout New York State. 

Executive Order 202.12 moves Presidential Primary and other elections to June as well as modifies and/or suspends certain laws to assist in COVID-19 relief.

Executive Order 202.11 contains several directives and modifications of law that, among other things, address certain critical education and health care matters, put some force behind Governor Cuomo’s previous directives to promote social distancing and enact capacity limitations and extend time to renew certain licenses.
