I hope and trust you are continuing to enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  Friday evening, Governor Cuomo posted Executive Order 202.78, his eighty-first Executive Order during the COVID-19 state of emergency.  Executive Order 202.78, dated November 27, 2020, continues the suspensions and modifications of law contained in Executive Orders 202.66 and 202.71 for another thirty days through December 27, 2020.  Executive Order 202.78 is effective from November 27, 2020 through December 27, 2020.  A copy of Executive Order 202.78 can be found here.
