Good morning,

Thursday evening, Governor Cuomo posted Executive Order 202.71, his seventy-fourth executive order during the COVID-19 state of emergency.  Executive Order 202.71, dated October 29, 2020, continues the suspensions and modifications of law, and any directives, not superseded by a subsequent directive contained in Executive Order 202.66 (found here), for another thirty days through November 28, 2020.  Executive Order 202.71 is effective from October 29, 2020 through November 28, 2020.  A copy of Executive Order 202.71 can be found here.

Also, as you are undoubtedly aware Halloween is celebrated tomorrow.  As a reminder, the New York State Department of Health recently issued guidance containing several recommendations to follow for those persons participating in the holiday.  My e-mail summarizing these recommendations as well as providing a copy of the guidance itself can be found here.   With that said, please enjoy Halloween in an extra safe manner this year.
